Return and Exchange

Please consult ourTroubleshooting and Technical Issueswebpage for the latest information about our products. Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within within 30 days of delivery (extended to 45 days for orders placed from Nov 15th to Dec 31st) of your order ONLY IF the item is in original packaging and in a new, unaltered and resalable condition. Test fit the item prior to making ANY alterations. Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable. All shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Ground shipping cost will be charged if you selected the "Free Ground Shipping" option and decided to return the merchandise. All original packaging and accessories e.g. boxes, wires, instruction guides, etc. must be returned. In addition, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all refused shipments and returned merchandises regardless of opened package or not. You will be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have received and processed the return. Store credit will be issued if the return and/or refund process is not completed within 60 days of the delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process the refund and the adjustments to credit cards or Paypal account should appear within one billing cycles.

Our staff guaranteed our entire shipped items are tested with in perfect working condition. In which a manufacturer-defective part, in the kit and within the warranty period also can be exchanged by our Limited Manufacture Warranty. Professional installation is strongly recommended for most of our products. We are not responsible for improper installations by non-professionals. Please retain your original equipments until you test our products (in case you need to send the products back for warranty service). All special order and Japan-imported JDM merchandises are not refundable.

Courier Damaged, Defective or Incorrect items must EXCHANGE within 30 days (extended to 45 days for orders placed from Nov 24th to Dec 31st) from the date you receive the items. Any damage to any the part of the system will subject to NON-Refundable. All shipments are insured for full value of the order, please contact us immediately if the merchandise is damaged on arrival. DO NOT contact the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx) directly for damaged shipment.

You must contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any merchandise(s). Any return without an prior authorization will not be accepted. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected. You MUST complete and include an RMA form (obtained by contacting us) with all returns. Missing or incompleted RMA form may substantially delay the refund/exchange process.


All warranty issues are based on the manufacturer's warranty policy only. Manufacturer warranty covers all the defective product that is proper installed by the professional only. Complete warranty information is included in all products. Please retain all original equipments and parts of your vehicle until you fully test our products (in case you need to return the merchandise back to us for warranty service). Xetronic HID Xenon systems carry a TWO (2) YEARS manufacturer's warranty on all parts (Ballasts, Igniters, Relays, etc.), except the HID Xenon bulbs. Xetronic HID Xenon bulbs carry a limited ONE (1) YEAR Warranty. Headlights, Tail lights, Fog lights, Corner lights, Bumper lights, Brake lights, Side Markers and Undercar lights carry a limited NINETY (90) DAYS warranty. For all other products, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Please refer to our Products Limited Warranty page for complete warranty information.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by XtraLights Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. All orders are shipped via Postal Service, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships. COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments are accepted for order over $1000 USD only. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice. We will endeavor to fulfill all orders within 5 business days, however under certain conditions beyond our control delivery times may be longer. Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Buyer assumes all risks of lost/damaged goods due to shipping if insurance is not purchased. Pleasecontact usif you need an alternative shipping method. Processing fee (20% of the order total amount) and the actual shipping fee will be charged for all refused shipments. All custom duty and tax fees associated with the refused shipment will be deducted from the refund for shipment returned from international locations.

Payment Methods and Verification

We kindly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Western Union, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Bank Wire Transfer. For credit/debit card payment, our legal company name, "Lighting Parts & Accessories", will be shown on your billing statement for the charge of your order. All card payments are subjected to verification with the card issuer and bank, please allow up to 24 hours for payment verification if you are paying by credit, debit or pre-paid gift card, we will NOT ship until we confirm that the payment is legitimate. Please contact us to arrange for any alternative payment options.

Online Security: In an effort to protect your personal information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128 bit encryption. If your browser supports SSL, it will automatically encrypt the information you provide to us on the secure pages on our site, before sending it over the Internet. HID Express, Inc. has also obtained a digital certificate from Verisign, Inc., a leading provider of Internet trust services. Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, we suggest that you tocontact us.

Credit Card Security: Your credit card numbers are never stored in any of our records and all transactions occur within a 100% secure website. You are protected from your credit card company in the case of a fradulent transaction with any purchase. All orders will verify the correct billing address, so please enter the billing address exactly as it is shown on your statement.

Fraudulent Orders:All fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Order fraud is a Federal crime, subject to Federal penalties.
